I am a first year graduate student in California Institute of Integral Studies online Masters program in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice. I love learning, growing, and helping others do the same. I enjoy working alongside those in the community who are committed to creating and maintaining equitable spaces for holistic wellbeing, engagement, and development. I am also a Wellness Practitioner (RYT® 200 and Certified Breathwork Facilitator) residing in Seattle, Washington. When I'm not guiding souls via balancing asanas and transformative breaths, or supporting curiosities with oracle readings, or publishing my next literary offering, I’m traveling the globe.
